The Irish Council for Civil Liberties (ICCL) is a political lobbying group and
through its well-staffed offices at 9-13 Blackhall Place, Dublin 7, is now the major player in the repeal the 8th campaign for an unlimited abortion regime in Ireland. It is not entirely clear who in fact gives the totality of the money it receives, but it is clear that the company has received millions of dollars from US based foundations and in particular Atlantic Philanthropies from which it has received no less than $7.7m from one US source alone since 2001. The US Funding of $7,727,700 is detailed here.

The odd thing is that on searching the website on this date there is no record of the funding by Atlantic Philanthropies of the ICCL.
